Space is AWESOME!
On September 25, Chris from the Armstrong Air & Space Museum in Wapakoneta, Ohio, came and talked to our school about what it would be like to be an astronaut. We were SO EXCITED to learn as much as we could about being an astronaut! We asked a lot of questions and wanted to learn even more!
Where In the World Is...?
In Social Studies, we've been working on locating the seven continents and four oceans. Since "two brains are better than one," we decided to pair up and see if our buddies had a fun way to remember where the continents and oceans were.

PLACE VALUE SCRAMBLE
In Math, we have been working on place value and how to arrange the digits (standard form) to make the largest number possible and the smallest number possible.
Get To Know Your Classmates:)
During the first couple weeks, we did several activities in order to get to know each other better. One of these was called "Find Someone Who..." They had to go around and ask their classmates and myself different questions about themselves. For example, "Do you have a brother?". If he/she had ONE brother, they could write his/her name down. They had to make sure that they wrote each classmate's name down at least once.
WELCOME BACK!:)
