3A's Fractured Fairy Tale V.I.P. Day

February meant "Fractured Fairy Tale" time!  The first week was dedicated to "The Three Little Pigs and the Big Bad Wolf." We read "The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig," "The Three Little Javelinas," "The Three Little Hawaiian Pigs and the Magic Shark," etc.

Both weeks, we also had a wide variety of other traditional fairy tales and their fractured counterparts available to read and get ideas for our VERY OWN fractured fairy tale.  First, we typed and revised our first draft.  Then, we edited and printed out our final drafts.  We took one of the copies home so that we could create a trifold with our families.  We used the other copy to create a power point of our story where we illustrated our 'books' on the computer using our graphic design skills.  Finally, we were able to present our masterpieces during our V.I.P. Day.  It was so much fun!!!!  :)
